OUR STORY
This Cincinnati Food Truck, has the whole package, right down to their radical vintage look. The Tin is a rehabbed 1950 aluminum Spartan Manor camper. Featuring Eco friendly equipment and practices, this food truck has the environment in mind as well.
The owners Evan and Nicolle Searcy come from generations of small business owners. The couples in depth understanding of customer service and overall customer experience makes your visit to the Tin Man Grill one you will want to enjoy over and over.
We smoke all our sourced grade A natural meats onboard on our custom back porch featuring two Big Green Egg Grills. We smoke all our meats right before serving and continue to pull the meat off the grill hourly for the freshest tacos.
